Tia Robinson is meditation and well-being coach that teaches people how to leverage the use of mindfulness to help manage everyday stress in both their personal and professional lives.
Tia's journey with meditation began in 2008 when she began exhibiting symptoms of corporate burnout and ultimately panic attacks due to work-related stress. Looking for a holistic form of relief, she was introduced to meditation and has been an advocate and practitioner for over nine years.
In 2016, Tia launched Tia Robinson Coaching, a coaching practice built on the principles of mindfulness, positive psychology, restorative movement and stress management. Tia is a certified personal and business development coach with The Coaching and Positive Psychology (CAPP) Institute, and also has over 300 credit hours as a certified meditation instructor. She also holds teacher training certifications in the areas of energy healing and Restorative Yoga.
